Present/Future Status

Share Count:  30.5 million fully diluted (Approx.)

Cash on hand: 20.5 million (after PP)

Share Price: $3.08

Market Cap.:  $95 million ( rounded and excluding cash on hand)

 Present Status:  Cashed up and waiting for winter drill assay results.  I'd say were in an enviable position.

Future Status:  Dependent on the following:

                                                1) Summer Drill Results (2013)

                                                 2) Winter Drill Results (2014)

                                                 3) Resource estimate 43-101 (when??)

                                                  4) PEA down the road

                                                   5) Possible merger with Spinco.

Potential Impediments:

a) Weaker than expected results.

b) Continued market turmoil.

c) Early hostile bid.

Challenges will also include SP volatility as we have already experienced.  If we continue with great results (my hope and expectation), the SP will have exaggerated market swings.

I'd say the danger is an early take out. The evidence is suggesting a massive high grade shallow deposit. Future of U appears to be very good. This has potential to go way up from here. I'd even speculate an early takeout would be in the sixish range at this point. The more holes they poke the better this will get.
