market cap

Any thoughts as to why amw has been lagging fcu's performance for the past several weeks? Even on Friday, fcu was up approx. 7%  compared to amw being up less than 3%. One could make an argument for amw to be trading close to $6.50 right now to be roughly equal with fcu's market cap and since pls is both their flagship property it just doesn't make sense to have such a dramatic difference in market cap for the two companies.

I believe Fission is getting a bit of credit for a few other properties, plus they have a patent pending for a new exploration technology, and also they have more cash than AMW I believe.

AMW has 31 million fully diluted shares and FCU 159 million..as all warrants and options are in the money, they  will ultimately be exercised and this will be the outstanding share number. The ratio is 5.13 (159/31) so AMW should trade at a price 5.13 higher than FCU's (Assuming eual or little value is assigned to all other assets of the 2 compies). FCU is now $1.05 and AMW $5.60. using ...more

Thanks again. I was fully expecting news on Thursday in regards to scint results from the way amw and fcu traded late Wednesday. Here's hoping we open with news tomorrow and the market cap is increased by this time tomorrow.

SHARE RATIO BETWEEN AMW AND FCU: UPDATE FCU's July presentation shows 159 FD (fully diluted) shares outstanding but they issued 9.3 million options on May 31 to employees at 73 cents. so FD FCU has 168 million shares outstanding. AMW has 31 million FD shares outstanding. The ratio is 5.42 (168/31) so AMW should trade at a price 5.42 higher than FCU's (assuming equal or little value ...more
