will the market blow off 100 m of mineralization

Looks to be opening lower. Very similar trading to hathor. Buyout likely be in the range of 20 to 30 % of thr sp high. Seems like the helium is out of the balloon.

Losecash, you are entitled to your opinion regarding the deal... it is obvious nothing will change your mind but to be clear A 30% premium on both companies all time high implies a projected take out $ amount of 9.20 on AMW which further implies that Dev will, along with the Board of FCU 3.0 and the large shareholders who asked for consolidation, sell the PLS property to a major for 60m lbs ...more

well said leverage..those that vote NO to the merger put in doubt the larger payoff later when Merged FCU (owning 100% of PLS) is taken out by a merger. By the way Losecash, shareholders decide on a takeover offer..one can vote no..and you may wish to know, AMW shareholders will own 51.5% of Merged FCU on a fully diluted basis. Leverage is right, only a fool will undervalue Merged FCU and I don& ...more

Never said i was voting no. That has already been determined. I likely won't vote at all. We have moved onto the next phase and I am now watching and waiting like the rest. Trust me I hope you are right on the projections and I am wrong.
