Merger
If the merger fails don't be at all surprised if one of the large producers grabs AMW or FCU at a bargain price early. Then they will help the survivor drill out PLS and take the other out at a higher price depending on the results. This would no doubt reduce their overall cost and still have a good operator .
The whole purpose of the merger is to end up with PLS as a stand alone deposit to be sold when drilling is completed. This will allow the management teams to move on with the spincos and find another world class deposit.
This whole legal action over 8 claims, no where near PLS, means nothing and regardless of the outcome, will have no affect on PLS shareholders.

Torrid, dahrouges claim is against FCU 50% in PLS. Maybe in 2-3 years someone will look at PLS as a takeover nothing to do with the lawsuit but the sad state of the uranium market. Losing interest daily

If you continue to lie on these boards about the claim by Dahrouge against FCU for part of PLS, I suspect you will be the next one to have a suit filed against... Nosleep
