Assay Results:

Assay Results:

Sure FED has been delayed in releasing assay results due to that lab in South Africa but when they start releasing results this week, they will prove that they have the resources to have open pit mining. I would expect all their 16 holes completed so far would have KCL at less than 200 meters depth. This will easily make them the most likely candidate for a take out in early 2012. Anything less than $500 million valuation for a take out would be a joke if they prove they have more than a billion tonne KCL with good grades. All they need is to complete their 43-101 report which is not going to require a lot of cash and therefore this can be done with minimal dilution. A stock price between $4 & $5 would be realistic to expect for an early take out in 1st half 2012 if they prove 1 billion tonnes resources and open pit mine is possible.

Also just found out through some insider ownership research that Sprott holds over 8 million shares of FED based on sources I see from earlier this year (over 5 million with Sprott Asset Management LP and over 3 million with Sprott small cap CAD fund - however, I don't know how accurate those numbers are today). Sprott don't own any Saskatchewan players from what I see and goes to show you that they are thinking the same way many of us are, that is the best opportunity lies in Ethiopia. AAA to me is the best long term player in the basin due to the real possibility that they can get a mine built. FED to me is the best short term player in the basin due to the real possibility of them being taken out in less than a year once they have their 43-101 (they probably don't even need a feasibility study since they can use Allana's as a proxy taking into account lower costs for open pit mining). Like Sprott, owning both AAA and FED would be the best way to invest in the potash space in my opinion (one gives you great short term potential and the other tremendous long term potential). I wouldn't recommend you sell one and buy the other or vice versa as any good news will move both so you wouldn't get to buy the other at lower price, both will move higher.
