i discussed this issue with the AAA VP of Explo and he said the same thing about Sainik. they pin cushioned their property thus making it incompatible with solution mining. to be fair that drilling was done before solution mining hit the mainstream.

regardless, Sainik now has to deal with excessive overburden to mine that concession.

mmm tax loss bargains. i got a good chunk of those 10 cent FED.WT's last week. they look like good soldiers.
