I said it before and you seem to not compute the information.....without the license(s) or the right to use these licenses Ethiopian potash in nothing more then a Shell company - sort of funny given that is was created from a shell company !
So, why would a Chinese , Indian or who ever invest in this if they cannot be assure of the rights to explore let alone produce down the road.....the LICENSES are a deal maker or breaker.
