Counter Offer 500.00 per board ft getting close. Would it be unreasonable for a producer to offer .38 and some stock? After all, aren't these guys just going to fixer up and sell it to one anyways or parts it out? Found it interesting how the sp was getting slammed when everyone else was climbing prior to the offer. Even as we wait here for closing, value of the sector continues to rise. I suppose nothing will pop up but if a better offer came it would be a total non surprise.
