RE:RE:WhenThe stagnating share price is a disappointment but at least it gives one time to accumulate a stronger position.  I had a small position but doubled up on my shares today at 17.5 cents.  All the buying from SICPA lately gives me confidence that we are still buying in at an attractive level.
