SICPA wants on the board to have some direction. Gain some control in how these relationships will be established. That is not EUOs strong point but they want EUO there as they are experts in the technology.

That is how their interests are aligned. Why did Bruce buy? Maybe because having SICPA on the board gives him more confidence in the future potential of EUO. Whether SICPA bought shares just to get on the board or not, they still had to accumulate around 0.18-0.19. They are at a loss right now but they have a member on the board.

I think we need to look at this plain and vanilla.

Insider buying = good
Partner buys enough shares to get onto the board
Potential to work closer together and interests more aligned
Bruce acquires shares because he feels more confident - not because he's less confident

If people can't handle waiting around for good news, they sell their shares. That's all that is happening here. Heck, I almost sold my position to buy into another company (which I should have) but I'm here for future potential
