And since I’m at it, just a little thingI just finished one of my SEDI check-ups. EUO is one of many companies I regularly check for insider activity. I also check for timely filings as I have found a correlation between timely and accurate filings and a company’s / insider’s attitude and performance.
 
Long story short, EUO’s new BOD member doesn’t seem to be in any hurry to register the options he received in January. They are nowhere to be found.
 
As I said, it’s a little thing but little things are often indicators of not so little things ...
 
And Ringert, before you get into your usual and useless basher tirade ... Insiders and companies who don’t follow reporting rules need to be watched.
It’s called “shareholder self-preservation”.
