Frs, its quite simple. Kidl was a long time shareholder, got burned badly like many people here, sold the majority of his position and has now joined the realms of the bashers, although he isn't quite so obvious as the rest of them.
A combination of becoming disillusioned and by speading all the negative comments and innuendo, he may well actually want to drive the price lower in order to pick up some shares again and make back what he lost. Think that about sums it up.
