RE:Rowlands bought another 30KIn the absence of progress, spending $2,700 was very likely the only thing he could think of to keep more suffering shareholders from throwing in the towel.
I personally don’t think it was a good move as it reduced / eliminated the likelihood of near term material developments.
By staying out of the trading, he could have at least given the illusion of being in “blackout” which has always been one of his favourite tricks.
