Kid, you state that EUO and its operating subsidiaries are business failures. But that's just wrong. Both Xwinsys and Croptimal should be contributing revenues next year.

As shareholders we can’t influence the direction. We can only observe / assess and adjust our portfolios accordingly.
 
Two / three years ago EUO was handed a chance to turn itself around. Sadly it subsequently became obvious that this chance was being squandered.
 
Companies fail all the time. Not seeing it and thus failing with them is just plain stupid.
