EUO’s BOD is and always has been about as useful as... on a bull.
 
They collect their fees and (largely useless) options and that’s it! Who wouldn’t take a $1,500 a month for nothing / just for lending their name? Some would but then again, those would be people with a conscience ...
 
If you don’t believe that, attend the next AGM.
