RE:RE:RE:RE:SICPA is buying through house 9?I doubt adding EUO shares is a high priority for SICPA these days. Fuel marker contract awards don’t seem to be going anywhere these days and whatever recent awards we know of, have gone to Authentix.
 
One of their other major efforts, the tax stamp segment, seems to fight an uphill battle in the EU (tobacco) where they have a hard time fighting off tobacco majors who rightfully(?) object to ridiculous third party costs.
 
Ridiculous costs, contract award disputes and  questionable cost / benefit ratios have also once again become front and center in Kenya where their (mega) tax stamp contract win has once again hit a roadblock.
 
Based on whatever public info is (easily) available, SICPA’s “batting average” isn’t great these days.
