Doron and Bruce had to do something to preserve the R&D empire to compensate for the (highly likely) demise of XwinSys and the millions which went into it.
I am just surprised that they didn’t manage to somehow combine cannabis with the other flavour of the day, blockchain. Heck, they could have even thrown an ICO into the mix. “Cropticoin” has a nice ring to it. Doesn’t it? :-)
That would have been the way to do it. Existing shareholders would have been even more ecstatic for a chance to once again average down.
