I take it they got the patent?

Didn't see the formal news release but I know they expected it yesterday.  Maybe that's why were trading hot today.  If they put out an NR tonight we could have a great day tomorrow.

X-patent times are fluid in that they do not have a pigeon holed timeline. I do NOT see EUO putting out patent news tonite or tomorrow heading into the weekend. I for one think the patent news is great...hopefully they are enforceable patents cuz not all are-I am not a patent lawyer so any mention that as a caveat. I do not see patent news creating anything more than a trading opp ...more
