"Please note the above timeline is indicative and does not bind the commission " - This wording is from the tender - if they know who has the best product and price for services by first or second quarter next year I see them awarding this at some point no later then next year !

I highly doubt that were talking Sicpa sir - Swiss company and best technology out there you might as well grant them the EU contract now ! This is a absolute no Brainer.

I dumped 200K to get back 100K of EUO. That's at 2 to 1...I traded a portion of my EUO at 20 for PKK at 5 which was 4 to 1. Not I am not sure what to do with the million PKK I have left...at first glance I would say take the easy double, buy back 500K of EUO and be laughing all the way to the bank but now I am not sure what has the greater short term potential. Agreed, at this point I think our only real chance at salvation is for Ed Vranic and his PKK followers to move in here and buy up tons of EUO with their newly found profits. Not a great plan for stock price appreciation but it's about all we have. Bruce and SICPA can't buy ALL the shares themselves.

It's not getting frustrating, it's been frustrating for a while now. By the way, xsnrg, sicpa isn't buying and neither is Bruce, unfortunately... We'll need some news here soon to not seriously start dropping down again.
