Proxy Vote

While we can’t force management / BoD to do anything, we can voice our opinion by voting against or withholding our vote.

I am planning on voting against limiting the number of Directors to 4. We should IMO leave the vacancies open for much needed “new blood”. With XwinSys supposedly becoming the key sub for EUO, we should be adding Directors with connections to the semiconductor or related segment.

EUO is a financially sound micro cap with multiple irons in the fire. It should have no problem attracting strong and relevant Directors which cannot be said for the slate as proposed!

Can anyone think of a “good” reason for limiting the BoD to 4 members?

Probably so less people have to approve the low ball offer Sicpa is going to place later this year once this puppy has dropped even further. I can think of multiple good reasons to withhold votes on the current BoD, which I would encourage everyone to do.
