EUO board member gives Rowlands inside on SICPA GFI
Mr. Gilles Lraill, Vice President, Business Development for SICPA was named in July to EUO's board, Chaired by Bruce Rowlands. Lraill is the current Vice President, Business Development for SICPA's Government Security Solutions division, as well as member of the board and CEO of SICPA Global Fluids Integrity SA (SICPA GFI).
In short, Rowlands knows exactly what is happening at SICPA GFI - likely in real time!!!

If that's the case then the other posters are correct - when Rowlands is buying there is no damn news coming for quite awhile......

And remember; Rowlands signed personal contracts with Sicpa as well. So that's probably why there are little developments at EUO... Rowlands has moved on to bigger and better things.
