Pershing Square

Pershing Square just purchased 50K. Good signal if they keep purchasing...

why is it relevant that someone bought 50k or 100k through Pershing in particular?

... because they are a hedge fund. Usually, they don't stop at 100K and if they decided they wanted more, it would certainly help push the stock higher. Also, they tend to be the "smart" money people. I am no expert but most likely it was the company - not a regular joe looking for a broker to process a transaction.

I wouldn't read too much into Pershing. They have been trading in and out of EUO for the last couple of years. On the plus side, it looks like they did so profitably.
