Thanks, very interesting. Good promotion for SICPAGFI (espacially by the French, perhaps positive for the EU tender). Only one negative thougt, I'm more & more convinced that Mr Rowlands should have negociate a 12 year deal with SICPA. It takes so long to get such important contracts. They are very, very clever and aware by SICPA.

That idea had come to me but clearly sicpa are well connected and thats important in securing these tenders. One thing is that sicpa dont dictate when these tenders arise or their timetable so there's no sitting on the technology waiting for the agreement to run out. thanks endeavour for the info on Bruce. Disappointing but I keep reminding myself insider buying is a good signal. It is obvious that (EUO) probably will not go past 0.20 on speculation alone. I will be trading 50% of my shares when it goes above 0.18. Sick and tired of showing a small profit and then letting it disappear because I am expecting good news

Good to see the report is gaining some traction. The Uganda blurb surely doesn't hurt especially since it makes a good case for NOT involving government employees in the process. It helps to remember that the logistics portion of a contract is worth roughly 3 to 4 times the marker portion.
