Should all of the volume per day be from the NCIB? 20k is more than 20% of today's volume, at least to this point. I still think it is positive.

It's not about what we say, it's about what the company says. And at this point that is ''there are no catalysts in the near future that will cause the SP to rise, and we feel the stock needs artificial support so we are initiating NCIB buying again''.
