Management Expenses

As I noticed in previous posts, one of the most interesting things to note is management expenses. Bruce, Doron, Andres and Charlotte will continue to cost around $200,000 per quarter while Xenemetrix revenues since 2013 have an average of $330,000 per quarter (cost of sales are 40% more or less). Add here Administration costs around $200,000 per quarter. So, no way to be profitable if revenues don't begin to growth to $600,000 or so per quarter. If Bruce refuses to talk about this, I'm sure EUO should be around the same: $1,2MM per year. See SEDAR fillings and do your own due diligence.

You seem to have forgotten the $1.5 million per year minimum royalty they will receive from SICPA, with significant potential upside for new contracts, which SICPA is working on agressively. If you happened to miss the presentation at The Atlantic Council Global Energy Forum less than one month ago, copy this link and paste it in your browser....they're talking about a lot more than just the ...more

nicely put, Zen. Its been tough slogging here for sure but the company have so many irons in the fire. If only one of them pans out in a decent way, the stock price has to move higher. It just may not happen for some time which causes investors to lose interest and the stock price drifts.

Zen, below my comments: 1.       You seem to have forgotten the $1.5 million per year minimum royalty they will receive from SICPA, with significant potential upside for new contracts, which SICPA is working on agressively.   I did not forget this point. I mentioned in other posts that royalty payments are not operating revenues. They are assets already included ...more

Bruceforever, how can you say there will be ZERO revenue from Xwinsys this year? Not even Bruce himself knows if that will be the case. Are you a clairvoyant? Can you tell me if it will be sunny in 4 months time, on a tuesday? Seriously, you can state facts that are known, such as there are X amount of sales up until this moment. But no one can know if there will or won't be sales in the next ...more

End, can you tell me if have you ever seen some revenues from XWinsys? When Bruce said it was expecting some kind of revenues from Croptimal (the new one) and did say nothing about xwinsys, I know for sure that it will not come this year. You have to read between lines, to understand what is happening here. Be serious man.  Are youo paid to write positive posts on here, like Zen, RaptorTonto ...more

Bruce, if you would bother to check, i don't always right positive comments on here. I call it like it is. I just don't make stuff up such as "there will be no xwinsys sales this year" when no one can possibly know that information. As far as I'm aware they are working on sales for that product right now. Have they been confirmed at this point? No. WIll they be before the end ...more

End, I posted about what its known for sure:  1. xenemetrix average revenues from 2013. Falling fron 2MM to 1,2MM. Less than 300,000 x quarter. 2. Their higher management expenses. 200,000 x quarter. 3. research and development: over 3 million in 2016 4. Administration costs: 200,000 per quarter or higher. This is the average. 5. No guidance in any subsidiary. Even Xenemetrix!  6. The ...more
