I have been following EUO news over the past year or so and did not read anything regarding this. Also, i did some searching (partly realizing that it is fake news) and found nothing other than the NRs talking about potential deals... Do your own DD but I am pretty sure it is typical basher BS!!

OMG, please answer me these questions before. 1. Do you think SICPA bought GFI to stay only in Albania, Tanzania and Uganda? 2. Do you know there was a decision in EU last year for fuel oil mark? 3. Do you know in Europe they still use the "Yellow-124" to mark oil and it is going to change it if there exists something better?  4. Do you know with this decision, no one company won ...more

Thanks Bruceforever. The review is less than 5 years away. I believe SICPA, with GFI, has a superior approach. Given the scale of the black market and its links to terrorists, I would expect the EU to move with the SICPA solution well ahead of 2022.
