Is Bruce even mentally onboard still?

Regardless of the message in the video not being all that positive on the short term... Is it just me or is Bruce absolutely not confinced, confident or the least bit of inspired?? He sounds so down, bored and not inspirational at all. Think it's time for him to quit and enjoy his 'well-earned' pension, because he sure isn't doing EUO a favour with his talks.
