Financials unaudited...

First time I see this... They filed their financials without having an auditor performing an audit of the financials. What do they have to hide??? This company never ceases to amaze in its mystery and ambiguity.

Isn't it only audited in annual statements and quarterly they have no report, a review engagement or a notice to reader? Not unusual at all to not have quarterlies audited. Good luck here....i though this co was the next big thing a couple years ago.
