Tax loss selling time potentially a good time to buy

Absent a Xwinsys contract PR, EUO could drift lower between now and year-end. When tax loss season hits, EUO could be offered at bargain basement prices.

I don't think so. Look at the quantity of shares sold over the past six months. Practically nothing! Other than the manipulators - the owners of this stock is quite happy to hold on to their shares. Especially, now that we are 3/4 way through 2017. Anybody who sells any amount of EUO shares now needs to get their head's checked.
