This is Institutional buying today. Likely a Fund starting to take a position. I would expect several more 1 million+ share days over the coming weeks and months.

Bruce did attend an event last thursday+friday. MicroCap Leadership Summit Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel Itasca, IL September 21-22, 2017 Seems like he's finally found another sucker to buy into his stories after attending god knows how many of these events over the past years.
