Should not be a tough pitch for Rowlands. EUO is trading for less than cash, and a 50% discount to book value. He then needs to explain why EUO's operating subsidiaries are not worthless. Not a difficult task IMO.

A good portion of the cash - over $2.5M - is earmarked for XwinSys and Croptimal. If both succeed, they will create shareholder value, yielding a minimum double from here.

Yeah that's been Bruce's sole pitch for some time now. Going around the block telling everyone his poor little company is undervalued and trading at 'roughly cash' even though they're 'on the verge of big things'.
