“Subsequent to the end of the third quarter, Eurocontrol Chairman and CEO, Bruce Rowlands, has completed his consulting obligations to SICPA GFI as described in the purchase agreement between Eurocontrol and SICPA Finance SA that was finalized January 4, 2016, Mr. Rowlands took no compensation for his contribution.”
 
Anything but free of charge! Maybe SICPA didn’t pay Bruce but EUO surely did via a big, fat $200,000 bonus for closing the deal.
 
One could also contemplate the possibility that SICPA favoured the idea of creating distance to certain seemingly unreported offshore activities... ???

Looks like Croptimal is in fact working free of charge. So-called ''commercialization'' in July, yet no revenue in Q3...

Maybe revenues IF ANY  fell by another entity.....you never know with this bunch ;)

Ringert: Why would you be surprised not to see Croptimal income? I outlined the income scneario based on NR's I aware of in this Aug 31 post:: Even if Croptimal does get paid, the going rate is around $5/ac/yr and that includes weather stations which Croptimal isn’t including in their service according to the NR. Actually Croptimal’s service bears closer resemblance to the FarmersEdge Smart
