What are the odds someone Zeifmans’ related keeping an eye on this forum?   There were certainly a lot of opinions and even links to supporting documentation on this and other forums of potential interest to an auditor.   The very definition of the term “audit” implies that the auditor had all the facts.   Could it be that they didn’t have all the facts all along the way?   PS: ...more
