Rap you should contact Scotia sales rep as they have a "All you can paint" flat rate of 9.99 a month for all the ridiculous trade attempts at tape painting you do on a daily basis. Only trades below 5K done at ask upticking the stock go towards the program so you certainly qualify. Another issue is they tend to send your p0s orders to match the boatloads of shares offered on the alternate exchanges, so that you never accomplish anything (you later blame it on "market manipulation" to match your demented story on EUO so everyone is happy).
