Does anybody have any idea what if anything is going with the Rockshiled Acquisiton and Opportunities compnays they spin out a while back?

Up to date on all their filings but dormant to the naked eye. I see REWP in which RKS has 55% ownership is still operating in what I think is a lucrative market. Again, until Christmas 2020, RKS was up to date on all filings and was quiet to the naked eye. Exciting times.

Thanks, never occurred to me to check SEDAR, but there they were. Both the acquisition and opportunities companies are each sitting on a couple thousand cash. That's it. I has originally thought the plan was to use these to actually spin off some of RKS' other investments? Hasn't gone anywhere yet, not sure at this stage it ever will?
