Eat Well Investment Group Inc > Stalemate.....??

Stalemate.....??

With their being approximately 100 million shares, it is interesting that not one shareholder is willing to sell their shares for 38.5 cents. It has been almost 4 hours since any significant trade. But neither has anyone bought the shares at 39.5 cents. I wonder if this means anything? It has been 12 days since the announcement that the audit and financials are being delayed. But the CEO said they will provide bi-weekly updates. So perhaps tomorrow or Monday might be an update. Hopefully this gives reassurance to the investor community that all the books are in order and it simply is because of amalgamating 3 companies into one in such a short time. I find it very surprising that since we already know approximately the revenue for 2021 and that they made a profit.....I find it very surprising that one's would sell this low. Our market cap is only 44 million. You would think that with Omara now market cap should be 80 million. Strange
