Correction/typo. There are 961,000 onces of gold resources indicated and inferred on Kilgore. All other numbers are correct.

So to speak, being the parent co does not mean it has to bear substantial responsibility esp when the subsidiary was already declared bankrupt by the court. All I could say is it will be a difficult ...more

And even if Canada Court agreed that the punitive damage of 22 mil dollars should stand, that remains the responsibility of San Pedro. As to how much responsibility the co, being the parent co, should ...more

Once San Pedro was declared bankrupt, the co of course had to write off the contingency from the book. Plaintiff of course can do what he wants like suing the co in Canada and so forth. That will be ...more

The only way the plaintiff could pursue further is to pursue in Canada, and you know the punitive 22 mil dollars in compensation that was laid down is just ridiculous.
