Jay Garnett private placement?.

Investors still have many questions about the sneaky private placement given to them CEO Jay Garnett in a hush hush side deal. Is there any clarity with this and these MJ companies or only grey.  I would really like to see this issue/ incident clarified at the AGM.  Please put on list of questions as that hire seemed to be brutal and questionable.  Rebuild on product sales, and really driving end product sales/ revenue.  Ideas, words, and grand pipe dreams are just that......dreams. Build something great.
