Well I guess I will spell it out as I see it!   Union did a major financing for EXS and in doing so were granted 35 and 50 cent warrants.  Now the largest single placee in the financing was a group called Mcap who had over two million shares.  Now do a little digging on SEDAR and see how many of those shares they still have...none!  Now remember back to a certain someone who adamantly denied being a Union Broker who also claimed to have over 2 million shares yet when asked to show them never once did.  Well he could not show them by the end of June as he never had them any longer.  The guy who was selling this thing as the next major gold discovery (which it very well might be) and to hold on for 10 bucks, IMO dumped all his paper between 70-90 cents.  So in essence he has had no reason to be here as he had no shares by the end of june which corresponds with about when he stopped posting.  Now look a little closer...how many warrants have Mcap exercised?  Nothing...not even putting any money back in the till for CD to continue the drill program with and IMO this is why Kidd is yet to be started.  I also suspect that he would be more than willing to participate in another PP id CD allows him!  Which I don't believe will happen.  Can I prove this with absolute cetainty?  No!  Is it the most plausable explanation?  Yes!  Sad par is he can sit on these warrants fro quite a while yet and is sure to exercise them when the SP is really up and then dump them.  

So I believe that having Mcap involved was a mistake. 

Thank God the drill appears to be on our side because otherwise we would really be hurting!

Oh does this mean numbers is selling his paper?  Nope  I just thought I would point out the biggest reason we are at 50 cents and not onver a dollar right now (MJ or Mcap)
