A questionWhy is it that SEDAR only has (62-103) reports for MM Asset Management. The reason is becasue they were the only SH whose size of position required it. So given MJ claimed to have all those shares he would be the only one who would have to use a National Instrument 62-103.
You see boys you can't have it each way...The 62-103 are fact! Tough to say MJ has not sold a share, given the size of the position he claimed, and the fact only one 62-103 has been reported. MJ would ahve had to use 62-103's if he held the psotion he claimed! He owned the under MMCAP which is based out of the Caymen Islands. How do you spell tax evuision?
