So did I buy on this rumor? Nope I have been here for about a year ( I bought here based on my DD on Kidd). I already had my position when this info. circulated. This info was circulated IMO in an effert to limit selling once the news was released...remember that the hole 7 rumor, which turned out to be fact was coupled with rumor that hole 8 was a 'barnburner' and would sent the SP to 5 bucks. So many retailers sat here while the orchestrators sold paper in June and we waited for the "barnburner' news that was sure to come...as they were 100% correct on hole 7. So who were the orchestrators? Well we know who sold a lot of paper back in June and we know who dissapeared from posting here about the same time don't we?
It is so obvious what happened here it is becoming pathetic. What is even more patheitic is some of the efferts here to continue to paint it as something else.
The SP is in a serious downtrend and coupled with a news 'leak' problem (forced to release hole 7) we are to believe what some of the same people here are saying when they very well may have been responsible for the 'leak' and benifitted the most from it?
This is a case of a good company with good properties having a few of the wrong people involved. The reputation has been damaged and the SP reflects it. Where is teh results from hole? Where are the step out holes results? What happened to 5-10 days turn around? What happened to drilling Kidd?
The SP is lower than when I sold and cerainly lower than when several others I communicate with sold so I guess selling was not a bad decision. We can buy back in if and when we want.
