RE: My opinions mixed with some factsPB, I responded with a simple "sure" as I am tired of rehashing what happened with Union and MCAPP last summer...I have my beliefs and they will not be changed.  That being said, I still see huge upside here...given the properties and I think CD is wiser as well...this all holds well for EXS SH in the very near future.
