To me it looks like Stovold was just cashing out some
.30 options to take some money off the table.  Given that he was sitting on a 3x to 4x, it was smart to take some profits.  Stovold still has 600,000 options.

Dupont was probably taking some profits as well.  He still owns 773,659 shares and 4.25 million options.
