Numbers if CD sold on insider info ( i know he did not), why are you whining ? You sold on inside info too. You admitted to it after you got caught. ! You accussed us of selling  our stock exactly what you are accussing CD of, we and he are still here where is your money.  You of all people have no right to expect of others what you do not do! Lets at least keep it real and have a discussion of merit! If he sold as you say wouldn't it make sense to wait as long as you can to announce it, instead of announcing days later?  cheers  PB
