regarding rights offering
On Sedar concerning rights offering can someone explain what the 5th. paragraph on page 2 stating " if A SHAREHOLDER DOES NOT EXERCISE OR ELECTS TO SELL HIS RIGHTS, ETC." JUST TO GET AN OTHERS OPINNION please. Who is going to buy at .10 when the share price will most likely be below .10. This offer seems stupid. Do they have news they are not saying or is Chris reading future events , too sad to be funny. jmo.
