Haven't we all bought shares in private transactions? Nothing suspicious as it happens all the time in these " arms length transactions". Most everything CD does is above board you can count on it. There is no reason to be an alarmist and I doubt the Bashers will show up. More likely Pumpers will notice this and might use it to promote a dead stock
