This looks to me like someone is trying to scare people out of EXS and MEK imho. Let's not forget that this area of town is on fire and everyone wants in and lots of $$$$ on the line. No one ever said that it's going to be easy. Enjoy the ride good or bad as the one time payout is in the near future. GLTA
