Your post is a point of view thats contrary to the view that shareholders would have 

If that was the case then the German 30% investment holders would have dumped all their holdings above 0.20 and their board member would have resigned by now since they have access to all info before share holders would would they not.

May 1, 2016 will be a telling event - I guess we just have to wait and see

Junior exploration is always Risk and Reward with no guaranttee's
