Back in 2011 I was part of a group of individuals that formed the Explor Shareholders Group to communicate with management and share due diligence in a private setting away from the bashers and others playing games with the stock back then. It was good to have a share count so Chris knew that we represented a meaningful % of the company. The individual we nominated to establish the website and receive the shareholding info was a friend who never divulged the individual ownership numbers to others in the group. We only knew the total amount. Communication to the company was made through one individual on behalf of the group after conference calls and e-mails to establish the agenda.
Obviously, the numbers can't be verified and those not wanting to participate need not. For my part, I am curious as to the % of the stock that is tightly held and am willing to disclose my shareholding to PJ in private.
