RE:DECISIONS...There clearly is severe disconnect between the story told and market perception.
Here we sit back at pre-split equivalent of 1 (ONE) penny.
Fact of the matter is that all fund raising and subsequent dilution over number of years has not resulted in any shareholder value.  In fact quite the opposite has occured.
Sure hope we can release some positive news in near future and get this dog turned around!
